Gérard van Grinsven is Founder of The van Grinsven Hospitality Group. He has served as a member of the global leadership team of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where he opened 24 luxury hotels in Asia, the Middle East, South America and the United States.

In addition, Gérard managed operations of four Ritz-Carlton hotels in the United States. He formerly was the President and CEO of Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), and CEO of the award-winning Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
